FAQ
Works produced are "work for hire" or fully owned by the client once payment is made. This does not extend to sub components or elements utilized within a work such as music, icons, fonts, specific licensed images or even photography. Unless the original creation of an element is initiated by the client & paid for then the creator remains the default copyright holder.
Generally, no. I avoid using Artificial Intelligence in ways that remove the need or uefulness of a Creative. I use it as a tool to achieve things that are not possible or economically challenging on short notice such as relighting a photo or changing an outfit or two. But especially because the laws around AI use are still quire contentious I try to avoid it where possible to achieve with human means.
I do not have the ability to transfer ownership right to works I did not create & prompting is not the same as creating. There are legal risks associated with overreliance on Artificial Intelligence & so I believe the best current approach is to use it for ideation, storyboarding, drafting, quickly getting ideas and samples, but not actual finished and branded works. Both due to legal risks from it copying other art to create yours, but the level of quality given out currenly not being consistent enough to rely on fully.
I work from 09:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday "officially" but generally keep a flexible relationship dynamic with my clients to ensure I am able to be there when needed. I do not adhere to a particular schedule but instead utilize a timer app to calculate how much time is spent on each project.
I have a 50% minimal commitment & commencement fee that is necesarry to start a work. As mentioned, I utilize paid software & services, aside from the time & resource commitments a project requires, and so it is simply ideal to have the full payment or at least half prior to dedicating my time & resources to completing the work. This being said, not all curcumstances are the same & I consider myself a very nice guy lol so you may as well explain your situation & ask on a case by casis basis, and I will then advise ;)
